BIP Parameterized Report

 We have an actuate report we are converting to BIP called 90 Day Opportunity Analysis.  The is a parameterized report and is using a Parameter called Sales Rep where we need to be able to choose any of the current Sales Reps in the application.  In actuate the parameter report used a dynamic LOV value and used a picklist with the BC User.  Is there a way to duplicate this in BIP?  We read that dynamic Picklist are not able to be used in BIP?  How can we make this work properly as it did in Actuate?
