Error to Log in JDeveloper when create the "Business Function Call" or "Database Call" in JDE BSSV D

Hi,
I am getting the error when i try to create  "Business Function Call" or "Database Call" from jDeveloper in JDE BSSV.

It is asking the user id and password if i provide than it gives me error "Login is failed"
