Purging S_CALL_LST_CON

Hi

It has become necessary to purge S_CALL_LST_CON.   How can one identify any associated tables needed to be purged?

 In other words if S_CALL_LST_CON table is purged, how can I identify any other table which will be needed to be purged as part of purging S_CALL_LST_CON
