Tools, Recalculate Raw Cost warning message on invoices - Rel 11 vs. Rel 12

When running this function in Rel 11, I would get a warning message that the transaction could not be recalculated if the supplier invoice was cancelled.  In Rel 12 I am no longer getting this message.  It is saying it finishes successfully, and creates new CDL's, but they are not changed.  (I am trying to change the AutoAccounting for the GL account).
