Payroll Cycle Reports Setup feature enhancement

In order to close the gap between the existing payroll functionalities and specific payroll requirements that can vary form one client to the next, I make extensive use of the Reports Setup feature of the payroll cycle, adding exception reports (custom R55xxx BV reports) among which some generate reports only while others may do some table updates, in which cases, those exception reports update the flag in F07300 for locked employees impacted with such a change, and consequently update the flag in F07210 in order to force a pre-payroll rerun. This concept of adding exception reports at any step of the payroll cycle is
