connect to solaris console via ILOM not work

Hi All,

I am facing another issue with ILOM on Sun Fire X4270 (solaris 10)

I am not able to connect to solaris console via ILOM. 

When i type  -> start /SP/console it hang here:

-> start /SP/console        
Are you sure you want to start /SP/console (y/n)? y

Serial console started.  To stop, type ESC (


I remove the power cable wait 10mn and reboot the server, no solution

I upgrade the the firmware from 3.0.9.22 to 3.1.2.20 release the same thing.

I have another node with the same model and same configuration but it firmware is 3.0.14.11 and working fine.

It possible to dowgrade my thirst node from 3.1.2.20 to 3.0.14.11 with no impact? can i try it?
