Weblink on Opportunity Narrative Report

 I posted about this before and got my narrative report working but somehow it broke and I can't seem to get it working again. 

I have a weblink in my Opportunity stating "Click Here". The weblink is this: https://secure-ausomxaxa.crmondemand.com/OnDemand/user/ReportIFrameView?SAWDetailViewURL=saw.dll?Go%26Path%3D%252fshared%252fCompany_30086_Shared_Folder%252fMarketing%252fProject%2520Setup&AnalyticReportName=Project%20Setup=rfd&Action=Navigate&P0=1&P1=eq&P2=Opportunity."Opportunity ID"&P3=%%%Id%%%

It pulls in ALL opportunities when I click the Click Here button. What I want it to do is only pull in the Opportunity information from the Opportunity where I was at in the system.
