E1 Page User Visibility / Security access??

I’ve got 2 users assigned to the same role and security in Solution Explorer.  User 1 can see an E1 Page I built for that role, but somehow, User 2 cannot.  However, User 2 can see other E1 Pages for another role she is assigned to (which tells me that she has the ability to view E1 Pages).  I can see all the E1 Pages as my specific user ID is tied to each of them (so I know they are functioning as well).

 

Is there a user specific security setting of some sort that is preventing/controlling a user's visibility of an E1 Page?  Or is it something else?  Thanks,
