Need a step by step guide for 11.2 RAC to RAC physical DG creation with configuration in DG Broker

For 11.2, SCAN is used for client connection, but I do not know whether SCAN/SCAN listener must be used in the connection between the two sites, or only the local listener (by node VIP) is needed.
