Not able to create accounting for Receipt

 Hi Members,
I am not able to create accounting entries for Receipt in R12 environment. I did set ups as per note no R12 Create Accounting Program Fails with EXCEPTION OTHERS in arp_xla_extract_main_pkg.load_line_data_ctlgd [ID 427654.1].  Still i am facing the same issue. Please find the attachment for more details.
