Withholding tax scenario

 Hi,
If the WHT is setup on payment application.

Invoice Rs 100
Withholding tax code attch 6%

Invoice validate With the Rs 100

In payment window,when i am creating partial payment say Rs 60 but want to withholding tax total Rs (100*6%) Rs 6,not proportional withholding tax amount.How can i achieve this?
