Delink warranty for a shipped serial number

Hi Experts, 

We have a scenario where the customer order was duplicated and shipped twice, now we need to return and receive the duplicate order through RMA process in our inventory but the same serial number needs to be shipped against a new order but different customer.

 

Is there a way to inactivate or delink warranty for a shipped serial number and create new warranty with new order but same serial number?
