GL Code Combinations Table Update API?

Hi All,

We are not using Segment Value Inheritance program and need lot of data cleansing activity to get the segment Values and GL code combinations attributes Syncronised.

Is there any way we can mass update certain range of codes like enabling and disabling codes using APi or any other method.
