Equipment Request

In my organisation there is a MED Department who is the custodian of all the vehicles. If maintenance staff need any vehicle to perform a job, he has to request that MED department to issue a vehicle. maintenance staff has to generate WO report and send it to that department to get material. I have also using a Asset Check In- Check out functionality and attached a quality plan to record the issuance and return of Vehicles by MED department.

Is there any way i can generate any request for vehicle from the system. and get approval from MED Department so MED staff can issue vehicle.
