Server Manager 9.1 installation problem

Hi All,

Can anyone please tell me that where server manager 9.1 can be installed. it is mentioned in guide that SM 9.1 should be installed on webserver but we installed SM 9.1 on dep server with OC4J option and it is working for Weblogic 11g and Websphere 7. so I am confused what is the purpose to install SM on webserver and why these new options added in server manager installation 9.1.
