R12.0 : not correct file versions after pp12609242_R12.ONT is applied

Hi,

we did apply patch p12609242_R12.ONT to fix sales order line cancellation issue in R12. However file versions still remain 'old 'versions
$APPL_TOP/ont/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/OEXUOWFB.pls  |grep '$Header'
/* $Header: OEXUOWFB.pls 120.17.12010000.22 2011
and
~]$ strings -a /p01/$APPL_TOP/ont/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/OEXUOWFS.pls |grep '$Header'
/* $Header: OEXUOWFS.pls 120.0.12010000.3 2009/06/24 14:54:54 snimmaga ship $ */

we did verify  OEXUOWFS.pls of the mentions patch and states

CREATE or REPLACE PACKAGE OE_Order_WF_Util AS
/* $Header: OEXUOWFS.pls 120.0.12000000.3 2010/02/10 11:33:44 spothula ship $ */

this is not according note 1372355.1 (oexuowfb.pls 120.38 and oexuowfs.pls 120.2)
