I see alot of Memory Resize Operations in my Statspack report

11.2.0.2 on RHEL6

Hi,

This is a Statspack report using three snapshots (60 min in total).

I see a lot of memory resize operations, what can be done to avoid it? Is this bad for performance? :-) I checked an hour durign the afternoon, and a lot of resize then as well.
