Resource Class Raw Cost

Hi,

I am using Project Management creating for a particular project a Budget and Forecast.

When creating the plan type for the Approved Cost Budget it is required to select a value for the Resource Class Raw Cost. Where shall I go to define this?

Also, I know that to setup the 'Actual' rates to be used to cost Employees Timesheets in Oracle Costing are defined in Rate Schedules form and I did so. Where shall I go if I want to enable the checkbox 'Use Planning Rates'?
