Deleting Courses

So at my school when a student doesn't show up for any courses we drop them as a 'No Show'. I really want to just delete the courses so they do not appear on the transcript at all. Right now when I withdraw the students they keep the course, get a W and stay on attendance rosters. Is there any harm in deleting the courses through the enrollment area? Is there a better way to do this?
