Payment Instrument Type L

Allthough this payment instrument doesn't excist in the system we regularly have it as a payment instrument on our vouchers for some reason.

The system doesn't throw an error but since we use payment instrument in our paytment selection because different programs need to be used depending whether it is a national or an international payment this is causing problems.

Has anyone seen this before?  Is there a way to provent this from happening?  Does anyone know which program is causing this?
