Hi there

While applying patch 11868928_AR ( NLS ARABIC ) it is failing on XLIFFLoader.class.

The error is " No template found with application short name SQLAPand template code APTRXFEE_XML-LANGUAGE "

We have already applied patch 9612903:R12.AP.B as per note 1081080.1 and also tried applying patch 9503002 but
still getting the same error.

How to get round this error, please?
