OTL: Unable to Update Time Cards

Hi Friends,

Can some one help me on this below issue.

when user click on timecard entry getting below error.

Message not found. Application: HXC, Message Name: HXC_CUI_ERROR. Tokens: CUI_ERROR_CODE = CUI_COMPONENT_MESSAGE_NOT_FOUND;


Navigation Steps:

PS OTL Time Entry (GEII_ITL) 
Click on Time Entry 
Click on Create Timecard
Then the user is getting this Error
