Annual Limits from OAB into Payroll element for Flex Spending Accounts

 The period deduction amount for flex spending accounts set up in OAB flows over nicely into the the deduction element.  However, the total owed value is not populated with the annual limit inputted during enrollment.  

Initially the deduction element was not set up with Stop When Total Reached.  In test I have created new deduction element with the box checked.  I pointed the OAB set up to the new element.   I updated the period deduction amount in OAB  for an individual for the test and I have the new amount in Payroll without the Total Owed.  The Stop When Total Reached logic works fine if I manually plug a value into the total owed field via element entry from the People screen.
