adrci as archiving and resizing tool

My customer is having some problem with their custom script to manage tracefiles and so they want to explore adrci to achieve this purpose. Does anyone have any experience on adrci being worked in this fashion.
I am still in the process of collecting the exact requirement and so can pinpoint the requirement in detail later.

One of the quick question is to know if adrci can purge/archive apart from the default home directories?
