Cannot Install successfully - Oracle Hyperion Smart View for Office Release 11.1.2.3.0 for Microsoft

Hi Group -

I have uninstalled SmartView 11.1.1.3.500 build. I then installed Oracle Hyperion Smart View for Office Release 11.1.2.3.0 for Microsoft Windows from the Oracle website.

1.) I have 32 bit Microsoft Windows 7 Operating System

2.) Lenovo ThinkPad laptop

 do not get any error message
