Fill Employee Hierarchy

Hi All,

Our customer is presently maintaining 2500 position hierarchy in their 11i system( they are using custom approval wf to call the respective position hierarchy depending upon the charge acc segment value).

For this the 'Fill Employee Hierarchy program took about 7 hr to complete.
Going forward they will move to R12 and more BGs and OUs to be added.So the position hierarchy will be increased to about 10k.So the set it up and mainting will be a big task.
So I want know whether there is any performence enhancement happend in R12 for this particular programme?Or there is any patch etc?
