Unable to Pay related customers using iPayment R11.5.10.2

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question
We are currently using iPayment integrated with Chase Paymentech to process Customer credit card transactions and currently cannot use the Oracle Bill Management form to pay invoices for related customers. Does anyone know if this functionality is supported in R11?
