ULN - how do I update it after updating a system

I have a local yum repository setup that gets its updated from ULN.  I have several servers that are updating from this local repository and are also registerd on ULN.  After updating a server, the ULN entry for the server doesnt always update - IE it shows I still need patches even though the server is patched to the latest levels.  I can fix this by deleting the system from ULN and re-registering it - it will then show correctly - IE no patches needed at this time.  Is there a way I can get the ULN information updated without
