12.13 Running Concurrent Program " Diagnostics Patching CP"

When you run the concurrent requests program Diagnostics Patching CP it errors with the following
error;

main][7:45:43:71, 4/26/13] Exception thrown while instantiating Test Adapter for PA/Performance Reporting/oracle.apps.pa.diag.PJIPerformanceData.xml - Exception in XMLDiagnosticImpl.Constructor - Validation Error: rootDir: /ora1/apps/apps_st/comn/java/classes/oracle.apps.pa.diag.PJIPerformanceData.xml
 - Message: ODX-0510: Unable to parser the xml file file:/ora1/apps/apps_st/comn/java/classes/oracle.apps.pa.diag.PJIPerformanceData.xml - IOException: /ora1/apps/apps_st/comn/java/classes/oracle.apps.pa.diag.PJIPerformanceData.xml (No such file or directory).
 - Trace: oracle.apps.izu.xmlengine.XMLEngineException: ODX-0510: Unable to parser the xml file
