Suppressing YTD Amount of Pay / DBA Code Amounts on Pay Stub?
We have set up a non cash, non taxable benefit DBA to report amounts that represent points that the employee has earned. These points are tracked (accrued & redeemed) in another system outside of the payroll system. We want to use the pay advice to report the employees balance each payroll. This is a 'refresh' of the balance so we do not want to show the cumulative balance (YTD) as this would confuse the employee.
