We are running Siebel SEA 8.1.1.7 Call center.

My questions are .
Any advantages of upgrading to Siebel SEA 8.1.1.10 Patch with respect to Order management ?
Any advantages of upgrading to Siebel SEA 8.1.1.10 Patch with respect to Eligibility and Comparability ?
