I am applying patch 16328540 in UAT2. INVXTDEF.fmx will not compile.

Compiling PRE-UPDATE trigger on CLIENT_PARAMETERS data block...
No compilation errors.

Compiling ON-INSERT trigger on CLIENT_PARAMETERS data block...
Compilation error on ON-INSERT trigger on CLIENT_PARAMETERS data block:
PL/SQL ERROR 201 at line 1, column 1
identifier 'CLIENT_PARAMETERS_BLK.EVENT' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 1, column 1
Statement ignored

Compiling ON-UPDATE trigger on CLIENT_PARAMETERS data block...
Compilation error on ON-UPDATE trigger on CLIENT_PARAMETERS data block:
PL/SQL ERROR 201 at line 1, column 1
