Media objects attachment for new items created using P4101Z1

hi,

I am creating new items using P4101Z1. I have some media objects (photographs etc) available for new items. Can I attach them beforehand in P4101Z1 (or in some other way) so that new items getting generated has the attachemnents with them...

as of now, user has to find the new items created, and then attach the media objects seperately even if the photographs were available before entry of P4101Z1.
