The connection pool is empty and no connection could be created

 Hi Guys,

We are using JDB Mechanism for our Inbound Integration at random occasion it is Failing with "The connection pool is empty and no connection could be created (SBL-JCA-00310)".

Does increasing this  siebel.conmgr.poolsize will solve this Issue.

Please let us know the thumb rule for calculating this value siebel.conmgr.poolsize,
