Financial Statement Generator (2 Questions)

Hi

I have two questions regarding the Financial Statement Generator within Oracle R12 which I'd like some advice on if possible:

1) Many of our FSG's seem to leave one or more blank pages in the middle of the reports when they print, as far as I know none of them have had blank pages deliberately set so I wondered whether it's an issue with an incorrect paper size being set within Oracle somewhere (ie letter instead of A4 for example). We also get the same problem on our Intrastat report. Does anyone know if and how I can check this bearing in mind that I only work in Finance so do not have access to anything other than usual Superuser access on most
