The QBE line for DL01 and DL02 in P1701 are fetching incorrect results when using Chinese Simplified

Hi,

In P1701(Work with Equipment Master), there are QBE for Equipment Search through Description 1 & Description 2. These work fine in case of 'Domestic' Langauage profile. But, in case of any other language profile the QBE gives incorrect results.
Does anybody faced similar issue and customized around this?
