Web ADI posting To Suspense Account

Hi

Since upgrading to Oracle R12 we've had several ocassions where Web ADI has posted journal lines to the suspense account even though the journals themselves have both balanced and had valid account code combinations for all lines on the journal. We haven't been able to identify why this is happening since the occurences seem to be totally random and nobody else within our group of companies seems to be having a problem, it seems to be limited to 4 users (myself included) in the UK.

I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them and if so, if they've found a reason as to why it's doing it?
