missclassification of accounts

Hi,

Accout value has been misclassified, defined as expence insted liability.

to correct the account type we can run the update script and can update the account type as liability, but why we have to reverse the journal with wrong account type (existing journal) and why we need to enter a new journal after account type updated through data fix script.
