BSSV create Sales Order ignores missing required price adjustment

We have noticed that we can enter a sales order thru the web, using BSSV, that does not have all of the required price adjustments from advanced pricing setup.  If we use P4210 or P42101, an error is produced from advanced pricing.  Required adjustment is not setup.  However, using the BSSV wrapper and the web allows the order to be created.  Has anyone else noticed this?
