Failed install EMDIAG REPVFY Kit

Hi
I tried to install EMDIAG REPVFY Kit version 2013.0422 on my 12.1.0.1 version of repository but it failed with error below. It looks like table mgmt_performance_names missing column is_deleted. Anyone now why ?
