How to keep running Weblogic service while terminal session is closed

Hi All,

Recently we installed Weblogic 11g on Sun Solaris, when we are starting nodemanager and weblogic services in terminal session it is keep running when we close the terminal windows then service is also shutting down. is there anyway to keep service running?

after start the weblogic service it is taking 5 minutes to show the status in server manager 9.1, anyone has idea about it?
