unable to schedule MMON Slave, error 100 in alert log after 11.2.0.3 upgrade

Since I upgraded to 11.2.0.3, I'm seeing the following in the mmon trc file, seems to be 4 times an hour. Has anyone else seen this? Can't seem to find anything on MOS about it. Any info would be appreciated.
