Can named Credentials be assigned to Roles?

Hello Everyone,

Here is a question that I thought may be of interest to some of you.

Can Named Credentials be assigned to Roles?

Unfortunately, Named Credentials cannot be assigned to Roles.  

This is expected behavior. This restriction is added to support separation of duties between the job owner and the super administrator as Super Administrator has complete access on all Roles.  Access to Named Credentials must be granted by the owner of that Named Credential to other users from OEM console.
