How can we know whether item with active date present or not at the time of time of Update Pricing.

Hi,

Ita a practical business scenario that

1. When we plan to modify the item prices in existing price list.

We need to end date the old item price, and then only enter the new one.

But due to heavy work, user enter the list of item one by one and at the end he try to save,

Sometime he enter same item again in the list.

 At the time of save , system gives error which does not show which item repeted.

So user need to analyse again the whole list and update it again..

What we looking for is :

1. Once user enter the item and tab , system internally check whether item is repeted or old item end dated or not..
