change *.nls_language, nls_territory, Nls_currency, Nls_dual_currency parameters in oracle 10 G DB

Hi ,

I am planning to change *.nls_language, nls_territory

  parameters in oracle 10 G DB, please let me know the process to change. Is it okay to change the values in PFILE or do I need to run any other additional scripts in DB for this value change without issues. I have to change  

Nls_currency,  Nls_dual_currency values also in NLS parameters. please guide me how to change these values.
