ISO shipping error

Hi
Does anyone know anything about the below error. We are hitting this error in interface trip stop and that program is ending with warning. standard IR/ISO process was used to create transactions between Mexico and US and we are not able to ship complete the ISO in US. Any thoughts or insights would be greatly appreciated. Exchange rates exist between US and Mexico.
