Field Service 11i Test Script or Business Process flow? Any help?
Looking to do a Proof of Concept for a customer who is about to do an R12 upgrade, but wants to start on Field Service immediately. All Field Service User Guides and Implementation Guides have been followed and I think I have the appropriate minimum setups completed, but would like to get an idea of a typical business flow. I have a Service Request opened with Oracle due to some Assignment errors, so I can not move forward until it is fixed. I'd liked to be prepared to run a scenario the moment this SR is fixed.
