Not able to download patch from Patch Wizard

Hi Team,
My metalink credentials are not working when I am trying to download patch from patch wizard.

I am getting error  "Unable to connect to Metalink. Please enter a valid Metalink userid and password. Please also check if the Web Proxy Setup information is correct."


I am sure about my metalink credentials and proxy settings. Is there any possible reason behind this error.
