Plug-in tablespace to a different database

Hi
I have a table in PRD which has more than 50 mil records that I would like to copy over to non-PRD for testing. However I feel the exp/imp pump process might take too long so I was wondering if there is a way to plug-in the tablespace to this non-PRD database specifically using RMAN. Please note that the DB ID for PRD and non-PRD are totally different.
