Built-in Metric for Status of Encryption Wallet?

 Hello,
Does anyone know of an already created rule set or metric alert that exists in Enterprise Manager 12c R2?  I would like to be notified if a database's wallet is open on startup.  I am aware that I can create a metric extension myself - perhaps by querying v$encryption_wallet; but I would be interesting in being able to utilize an notification event that already exists.
